After the injury-related withdrawal of defending champion Carlos Alcaraz and the early exit of Jannik Sinner and Novak Djoković, Alexander Zverev suddenly finds himself in the role of the top favorite for the title at the French Open. On the way to his first Grand Slam victory, however, he has to overcome a difficult hurdle in the quarterfinals with the 19-year-old Spanish shooting star Rafael Jódar.
