An incredible and unprecedented drama for Freek Bartels, the musical actor known from looking for Joseph. He fell with his head on a manopher’s head on a gay parade. “Very embarrassing.”
Freek Bartels left a trauma from the gay pride a few years ago. He has fallen down in a terrible way and he still has a scar of that. Where exactly that scar is? He can point it out. “On my head,” says the 38-year-old musical actor in the weekly BN’er health section of the Ad.
Manket
What exactly went wrong? Freek explains it. “A few years ago during the opening of the Gay Pride Week, I fainted, straight back with my head on a manhole cover. The ambulance had to remove me on a stretcher, very embarrassing.”
Fortunately, he is no longer bothered by it, just like of hay fever. He used to suffer a lot from that, but now less and less. “As a child I had intense hay fever – at school camp in the woods I had such a big eyes that a teacher took me to a doctor. Fortunately, it is less and less bothered me.”
Oatmeal
Freek is also very healthy. Where does that get through? “I am now in an oatmeal phase and eat a lot of eggs in a day, about four pieces at breakfast. In the evening I usually make chicken, rice, vegetables and a little sambal.”
And that works well, although he is now starting to deterge aesthetically. “In the past year and a half my hair has become noticeably thinner, I find that a pity somewhere.”
