‘Freedom is an open book’, De Sliert pleads people who travel through a thousand books through the Utrecht city center

A long string of people pulls through the city center of Utrecht and they all keep a book in the air. Together they are more than a thousand titles. Together they show a cry for help, or rather a battle cry: “Cherish democracy and stop making critical voices silent.”
