British retailer Frasers Group Plc continues to pursue an aggressive investment strategy. Last week, the parent company of retail chains such as Sports Direct, House of Fraser and Flannels acquired further shares in the British e-commerce group N Brown Group Plc. The Frasers Group now holds 5.04 percent of the shares, said N Brown on Thursday. The group joined the online retailer in mid-October.

Shortly before, the Frasers Group had already increased its holdings in the Metzingen-based fashion group Hugo Boss AG and the British clothing retailer Asos Plc. In addition, the Group has expanded its portfolio since the beginning of the year through a series of acquisitions. He acquired fast fashion retailers Missguided and I Saw It First, as well as Australian retailers MySale and Sneakerboy. According to press reports, the group of companies is also about to take over the British menswear label Gieves & Hawkes.
