Frank Buschmann will comment on Sky games in the Bundesliga games in the next two years. This was announced on Monday evening in the program “Glanz Parade” moderated by the 60-year-old and colleague Wolff-Christoph Fuss.

Sky sports director Alexander Rösner said during the broadcast: “Buschi stays. Buschmann will be preserved by his extension until the end of the season 2026/2027. Rösner said to the deal: “Frank Buschmann is a commentator legend and ideally combines specialist competence and entertainment. This has been shown to us for many years. I can also continue my long -term cooperation with him. “

Sky had recently extended the Wolff-Christoph Fuss contract. The 48-year-old and Buschmann are among the best-known commentators of the TV station. Buschmann’s future had long been unclear in the run -up to the extension. He had already ended his commitment as an NFL commentator at RTL about a year ago. A continuation of the cooperation with Sky was therefore never considered to be secured. Now it is clear: after eight seasons as a soccer commentator, at least two more are added.
