Francken “surprised” about criticism of women in the government: “You didn’t hear anyone complaining about the Flemish government”

Minister of Defense Theo Francken (N-VA) responds to X to the criticism of the lack of women in the new federal government. “Apart from the fact that the world is on fire and there are greater problems, this criticism surprises me,” says the N-VA Minister. According to Francken, the competencies of the person concerned should be the deciding factor when designating ministers.
