Minister of Defense Theo Francken presented the Master Plan of the Fifteen minutes of the Future in Charleroi on Wednesday. The new barracks will cost around 550 million euros and will be built within a few years on a former industrial estate in the Marchienne-au-Pont district. On the Flemish side there will be a similar fifteen minutes in Aalter.
