France has stopped returning women and their children to the Islamic State’s “caliphate” in Syria due to lack of interest. On Tuesday there was an operation in which ten French women and 25 children from camps in Syria were transferred to France. It was the fourth operation of its kind, but a government spokesman said it was also the last.
