The Investigative Committee for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia opened a criminal case after the death of four people as a result of a fire in a private house in Achinsk. About it reported on the website of the department.
A criminal case was initiated on the fact of causing death by negligence (part 3 of article 109 of the Criminal Code). The maximum penalty under this article is imprisonment for four years.
In Vladivostok, there was a large fire near the market
The fire occurred in a two-storey private barrack-type house located along Komintern Street in the city of Achinsk. While extinguishing a fire, the bodies of two men aged 76 and 46 and two women aged 72 and 47 were found in the building with signs of carbon monoxide poisoning. According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire could be a short circuit in the electrical panel.
On the eve of the fire occurred in a private house in the village of Suntar in Yakutia. Four children and two adults were killed. The fire occurred due to non-compliance with fire safety rules.
