When Eicma it was called the Salone di Milano and was scheduled every two years, a spy film environment reigned: everything remained strictly top secret until the first hour of the first day. Today the game is played increasingly in advance, because there are those who prefer to reveal their cards a few weeks in advance, especially among the emerging brands that are decisively knocking on the Italian market. This is the case of Wottana Spanish brand experiencing strong growth in Europe, with a very clear positioning, based on style, growing perceived quality and democratic technology, i.e. accessible in price and practical in everyday use. Wottan is a Spanish brand born in 2009with headquarters in Rótova (not far from Valencia), present at Eicma since 2018. From the beginning it has focused on concrete urban mobility, focusing on well-equipped scooters and small motorbikes, with a refined design and a relationship aggressive quality/pricealso competitive compared to oriental production. Today it is present mainly in Spain and Italy (but also in Portugal, Malta and Cyprus) and since 2020 it has been operating with a dedicated company for the Italian market. Wottan has focused on reliable and affordable products, non-trivial technological equipment for the various segments (with TFT display, connectivity, ABS and other standard devices). After having developed the commercial network at home, Wottan set out to conquer Europe, presenting new products at a rapid pace and expanding the range, especially in engine sizes from 125 to 300 cc.

For 2026, the scooter Gt2 V2 will be available in 125 and 300 displacementsin a substantially advanced setup, with double adjustable rear shock absorbers to increase comfort and stability, more generous under-seat storage and a higher segment electronics package. Among other things, the 7″ TFT touch screen stands out heated grips and the integrated dash cam. Rare equipment in the segment, which completes a project created starting from the proven Euro 5+ single-cylinder engine, complete with start&stop and traction control. Prices are yet to be defined, and arrival in dealerships is expected as early as the first months of 2026.

Even theSt-S 300 it is a scooter, to be precise it is the complete evolution of the Storm-S 300. The engine, derived from Piaggioit is a 278 cc Euro 5+ with 26.5 HP of power at 8,250 rpm and 24.6 Nm of torque at 6,250 rpm, with declared consumption of 3.4 l/100 km. The tubular steel frame is designed to allow for a very balanced, 50/50 weight distribution. On the subject of suspensions, there is one ahead 37mm forkbehind a pair of adjustable shock absorbers, while the braking is entrusted to four-piston radial calipers and dual-channel ABS. Also in this case the contents are of a higher level, with a 7″ TFT touch screen with Bluetooth, dash cam, full LED lighting and a very large underseat. The design, with a sporty-metropolitan style, is signed by Alessandro Tartarini. It is already listed at 4,290 euros.

Sharp lines, double LED headlights, trellis frame and aluminum swingarm are the racing details of the small Gp1 125Rswhich nevertheless maintains everyday practicality. The four-valve, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder twin-cam engine with six-speed gearbox has a power output of 14.4 hp. The GP1 is equipped with an upside-down fork and 300 mm discs with radial calipers, combined with latest generation dual-channel ABS. There is no lack of connectivity, thanks to the Multifunction TFT with Bluetooth and compatibility with the dedicated app Carbite Ride for data analysis functions. The small sports car is already listed for 3,490 euros, in the Racing White and Racing Black liveries.

The fourth proposal for 2026 is an absolute novelty presented in Milan: the V400 crossover represents the Wottan vision of a model adventure scooterwith engine 393 cc single cylinder and a power of 35 HP at 7,500 rpm. The suspensions have a long travel and generously sized tires are included to facilitate driving even on unpaved terrain. There raised postureprotection aerodynamics and the reservoir capacious they aim to encourage tourist usewhile ABS, traction control, TFT touch and full-LED headlights bring the equipment to the standard expected by those who look beyond commuting.
