‘Foster mother exchanges child for a monkey to expand her exotic animal collection’

An American woman was arrested last weekend because she is said to have given one of her foster children in exchange for a monkey. Brenda Deutsch has had more than two hundred foster children over the years and would also be a collector of exotic animals. The American news channel KSDK reports this.
