Formula 1 racing team Red Bull Racing has announced the start of a new partnership that will primarily benefit the fans. One of the most famous brands in the world is new on board.

As Formula 1 racing team Red Bull Racing announced shortly after the turn of the year, a partnership with the world-famous toy manufacturer LEGO has been concluded with immediate effect.

The Danish company will launch a model of the RB20, which will be available to buy from March 1st this year. From the paintwork to the Pirelli tires to the aerodynamic features, the 55 centimeter long model should look as true to the original as possible. There will also be moving parts and a rotating MGU-H unit.

However, the purchase price of the product could become a small hurdle for some fans. The LEGO-RB20 can currently be pre-ordered at a price of 229.90 euros in the official LEGO shop.

Formula 1 racing team sees “exciting breakthrough”

“At Red Bull we are always looking for the perfect build, so it makes sense to enter into a new partnership with the LEGO Group,” said Red Bull’s PR boss Olly Hughes, commenting on the deal.

“We have listened to our fans, who have long wanted this partnership. That’s why we are pleased that the pieces are coming together in 2025,” said Hughes, who spoke of an “exciting breakthrough” for Red Bull in a market that “promotes creativity” and combines “precision and fun”.

The Danish toy manufacturer has repeatedly brought various Formula 1 cars onto the market in recent years. Among other things, a Ferrari, a Mercedes and a McLaren were available for purchase. Models of older Formula 1 cars are still available today. The most successful team of recent years is now also part of the portfolio.
