The 24-year-old from Canada feels unwell, his Formula 1 racing team, Aston Martin, said in explanation.
However, the team assumes that Stroll will be able to drive on the circuit in Zandvoort this weekend as planned. Should he drop out, Belgian reserve pilot Stoffel Vandoorne (31) would be available.
