The suspect voluntarily started treatment after his arrest. It has since been completed. The judge believes that the Emmenaar did not show the back of his tongue. He has not been open about why he did this. He saw the child and animal porn as a by-catch and unintentionally had it in his possession. As a former agent, the man could have known better, the judge thinks.
The man must be treated again in the probationary period of three years.
