Luc Martens (77), the former minister who lent millions of euros of money from dozens of people, but has so far failed to pay them back, has himself filed a complaint for fraud. The Kortrijk public prosecutor’s office confirms this. Martens says he was defrauded more than two years ago for an amount of at least 2 million euros.
