“Mayor Giuliani was stopped before the accident by a woman who was a victim of domestic violence. He provided help and called emergency number 112. He stayed on the spot until the officers arrived to guarantee her safety,” said Ragusa. “The accident happened after he got back into his car, which was hit at high speed from behind.”
Ragusa said that Giuliani is recovering and in good health. “He is a beast. He survived 9/11,” said Ragusa. Giuliani was mayor at the time of the attacks on the WTC in September 2001.
