In Colombia’s peace process, the former leader of the left-wing guerrilla movement FARC has admitted responsibility for the systematic kidnapping of soldiers, police officers and civilians. Rodrigo Londoño, alias Timochenko, did so on Tuesday during a hearing of the JEP peace tribunal.
