Former Bolivian president Jeanine Añez released after controversial ten-year prison sentence

The highest judges in Bolivia, South America, have ordered the release of former President Jeanine Añez. The Supreme Court canceled the ten-year prison sentence that the right-wing politician had received in 2022, including for an alleged plot to depose rival and predecessor Evo Morales.
