The delicious hamburger has all the parts. However, according to a burger professional, there is one raw material that is the most important to produce a juicy burger.

The steak is pretty thin, we have 9 millimeters thick. Smash steaks are not to be left medium, but it will have a crispy baking surface, says a burger professional.
