Foreign money tap for Dutch homes almost closed: ‘Rental laws and transfer tax largest obstacles’

In top years, foreign investors invested up to two billion euros in the Dutch housing market. There is hardly any tenth of that, according to industry figures. Due to the rental measures and tax increases, foreigners have escaped the lust. Dutch offices are also out of favor.
