Hat-trick for Coach Bruzon
A 2-0 win on Monday saw the Bashundhara Kings crowned Bangladesh Premier League champions with three games to go. This was the second time in league history that a team had won the title three times in a row; Head coach Óscar Bruzón stood on the sidelines three times. Curious: Bashundara rose after the 2017/18 season as second division champion and has always won every first division title. The club is owned by the Bashundhara Group conglomerate, one of the richest companies in the country.
