For skater Remo Slotegraaf of Jumbo-Visma from Peize, dreams can be big. ‘They think the team still has a lot of stretch’

Due to the loss of Kjeld Nuis, Remo Slotegraaf from Peize was unexpectedly allowed to participate in the NK all-round skating two seasons ago. As a 17-year-old, De Drent improved no less than four PRs and finished seventh in the final standings. Several big teams wanted him. He opted for top team Jumbo-Visma.
