Folk singer Henk Dissel buys a mega twenty-kilo Easter egg at auction for the Princess Máxima Center: ‘Cared about what is happening there’

At the Princess Máxima Center in Utrecht, the barrier swings open on Good Friday for a sweetly sweet ‘value transport’ of a colossal and very expensive chocolate Easter egg. The generous donor is folk singer Henk Dissel, who won the twenty kilo delicacy at a charity auction by a local baker. “For me, a logical step when you realize the suffering that is happening right in my backyard.”
