The Swedish company clarifies that the agreement is made at an enterprise value of approximately 175 million Swedish crowns, which is approximately 16.5 million euros. Beaulieu expects to complete the deal by mid-February. The Austrian company supplies fibers for floor coverings and the automotive industry, among others.
“The company distinguishes itself by its strong innovative strength, supported by its own research center with a unique pilot line,” said Beaulieu. “This infrastructure makes it possible to quickly develop prototypes of new fibers and thus significantly shortens development processes.”
