When we think of red fruits, our mind is filled with images of strawberries, blueberries and fresh raspberries, with sweet and acidic flavors that evoke the most colorful stations of the year. But behind these little jewels there is a culinary universe that experts Giselle Bilesio and Marianela Tenaglia have decided to capture in their recipe book, edited by the new agro.

We chat with the creators and with Marcela Caratozzolo, agronomist and director of El Nuevo Agro, to discover the story behind this proposal that combines tradition, innovation and vocation for the kitchen.

Personal connection with red fruits

For Giselle Bilesio, agronomist and teacher, red fruits are much more than ingredients: they are part of their family history. “I grew surrounded by orchards and kitchens that smelled of strawberries and raspberries. My grandmother had a special talent to turn these fruits into unforgettable desserts,” he recalls excitedly.

This connection was the engine to create a recipe book that not only instructs, but also inspires cooking with love.

For its part, Marianela Tenaglia, professional cook, highlights the versatility of these fruits. “We include traditional recipes such as jams, but also modern options such as strawberry bars and an ice cream that surprises everyone.”

THE NEW AGRO: INNOVATION AND COMMITMENT

The new agriculture is not only a book editor, but an educational platform that seeks to form responsible consumers and producers. Its director, Marcela Caratozzolo, points out: “Our goal is to connect people with the earth and their creative potential. This recipe book is an extension of that mission, designed for those who want to carry the best of nature to their kitchens.”

The team worked in every detail to ensure that the recipes are clear, accessible and motivating. “We wanted anyone to be encouraged to try these preparations and enjoy the process,” emphasizes Caratozzolo.

The recipe book presents from classics such as red fruits jams to a solid cranberry sweet and a cat full of flavor. Each recipe highlights the natural essence of fruits, but also invites experimentation and creativity in the kitchen.

This project not only seeks to enrich household tables, but also reconnect people with the pleasure of cooking consciously. Because red fruits are not just ingredients; They are memories, emotions and the starting point to create flavors that fall in love.

In addition to delighting the palate, red fruits are allies of a healthy life. “They provide antioxidants and essential vitamins. We want to inspire people to discover their potential in the kitchen,” says Marianela with enthusiasm.
