The Special Comprehensive Review Report, which was prepared by KPMG Independent Auditing and Certified Public Accountant Joint Stock Company and covering the period between 2009-2019, was delivered to our Club on 23.12.2021. In the aforementioned report, it has been observed that an exceptional situation amounting to 102,200,434 EUR in total has been determined for Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club Association and its Subsidiaries (Amounts in the Income-Expense records; Amounts in the Balance Sheet records, taking into account the EUR buying rates announced by the CBRT on the document-registration dates; Considering the EUR buying rate announced by the CBRT on 20.10.2019, the amounts within a certain period are calculated by taking into account the EUR buying rates announced by the CBRT for the relevant period).
