Flanders fights against the tiger mosquito: "Chance of a complete extermination is small"

In the summer months of August and September, Flanders fights against the Asian tiger mosquito, an exotic who can be a carrier of pathogens such as Dengue, Chikungunya and Zika. For that control, the Flemish Agency for Nature and Bos is hiring the specialized company Rentokil. “The chance that we will get the tiger mosquito completely eradicated in Flanders is small,” says Dominique Debie van Rentokil.
