A major fire raged in a house on Langeweg in Haaren on Sunday evening. The plumes of smoke can be seen in the distance and there are many fire brigades on the scene. The flames are shooting out of the roof.
The resident discovered the fire when he came home and stood on the street around half past nine waiting for the fire to go out is. Not much will be left of the house after the fire is extinguished.
Corps from Haaren, Helvoirt, Oisterwijk and Den Bosch are fighting the fire with all their might. The police advise local residents to keep their windows and doors tightly closed.
