Fixed change: National player Gosens goes to Inter, Serie A – Serie A – football

The winger arrived in Milan for a medical check on Thursday, video footage showed. In the evening (01/27/22) the club confirmed the change: “FC Internazionale Milan announce that they have reached an agreement with Atalanta to acquire Robin Gosens.” The German comes on loan with the obligation to buy if “certain conditions” were available, it said.

First loan, then four-year contract?

Italian media had previously quoted a Gosens advisor as saying that the transfer had been decided. Accordingly, the German will initially be loaned out until the end of the season, followed by a permanent commitment until the 2025/26 season. Inter paid a fixed transfer fee of 22 million euros for the professional from Emmerich am Rhein, plus three million euros in bonuses, writes the “Gazzetta dello Sport“.

Gosens is currently recovering from a hamstring injury he sustained in September 2021. He should be able to play again in February. In addition to Inter Milan was also the Premier Leagueclub Newcastle United interested in Gosens. He came to Bergamo in the Italian Serie A in 2017 from Heracles Almelo from the Netherlands. Since then he has played more than 150 games there and scored 29 goals.
