Five new arrests after cocaine trafficking from the port of Antwerp: “Gang members were also involved with weapons and explosives”

Belgian and Dutch investigators have managed to arrest five people in a large-scale case involving cocaine trafficking from the port of Antwerp. The investigation was started at the beginning of this summer after a discovery of 22 kilograms of cocaine in the trunk of a car in Brussels. A 33-year-old man is suspected of importing and trafficking hundreds of kilos of cocaine, and it doesn’t just stop at drugs.
