Five cycling teams, including Visma-Lease A Bike and Picnic PostNL, are not allowed to start on Friday in the Tour of Romandia for women. The international cycling association UCI has disqualified them because the teams have refused to adhere to the rules for the implementation of GPS trackers as a test for a new safety system.
