Apple Fitness+ offers new programs and motivational notifications to help us and motivate us not to give up.
Fitness+: what’s new for 2025
Three weeks to get stronger
To get started with a plan right away, one of the first new features introduced this year is the “Three Weeks to Strengthen” program. With 12 workouts of 30 minutes each, in three weeks this guided program focuses on all the main muscle groups with: Progressive load (Progressive Overload, the first week), Time under tension (Time Under Tension, the second week) e Dynamic power (Dynamic Power, the third week). A fitness routine that can be replicated and provides a fundamental basis, to be modified by adjusting the incidence of the weights as they become stronger.

Pickleball mania
After Padel it’s now time for Pickelball. One of the fastest growing sports in the world, enjoyed both by those who play occasionally and by those who practice it competitively. To arrive ready on the playing field, Fitness+ now offers a strength, endurance and agility program designed specifically for pickleball, which was created together with professional pickleball champion Catherine Parenteaunumber one in the world in both singles and doubles.
The program includes a mix of exercises inspired by Parenteau’s training regime, all designed to help users feel confident and perform at their best on the pitch.

Help for Yoga
Let’s face it, how frustrating is it not to be able to do the yoga poses that others come up with with such apparent ease? How long have you been trying to bring the Crow home without success? And the Dancer? Fitness+ has decided to meet all those who want to improve by focusing on three of the most loved, and most difficult, yoga positions. With peak poseì, each session is dedicated to a posea around which a yoga sequence is created. There is the position of the Dancerthat of Hand grasping the big toethat of Crow – to provide users with time guidance and targeted instruction to build confidence and skill. For every pose, there is un 10-minute warm-up preparation flow and a corresponding 10-minute practice session.
Meditate with your breath
Breathe to calm down, breathe to concentrate, breathe to feel good. Remembering to breathe deeply is essential to dissipate stress and regain emotional balance. For this reason, among the news of January 2025, Fitness+ has introduced a new program “Introduction to meditation” based on Breath teaches powerful, easy-to-follow techniques to manage stress, increase energy, and improve focus.
Users can choose between five meditations of 10 minutes eachlike the abdominal breathing (or belly breathing), the square breathing (or box breathing) and the breath of the ocean (or ocean breathing), to relax, recharge or concentrate.

Thus breathing also becomes a theme within Fitness+, the 12th which joins the previous meditation themes such as Calm, Sleep and Sound. The themes make it easy to find the meditation practices that best suit your lifestyle.
New artists and guest stars
Among the news of the year, Apple also announced new partnerships with characters, artists and dancers.
