The German fashion brand Joop! has expanded its presence in the Baltics. On Wednesday, the clothing retailer, which is part of the Holy Fashion Group, announced the opening of a new store in the Latvian capital Riga. With this move, the brand is tapping into “another attractive growth market,” according to a statement.
According to the company, the new Joop! store will be operated together with the local franchise partner Apranga. It is located in the TC Spice shopping center and has an area of approximately 190 square meters. The brand has been offering its current clothing collections for men and women as well as accessories there since last Friday.
Thorsten Stiebing, Managing Brand Director of Joop!, emphasized the importance of the opening. “With our new store in Riga, we are reaching an important milestone in our European expansion strategy. Together with our experienced franchise partner, we are further expanding our presence in the Baltics and opening up a promising market with great potential for the brand,” he explained in a statement.
