Winter’s coming: possibly coldest April 1st since 1963 in our country, skiers are sure of a thick pack of snow in the Alps

No, it’s not an April Fool’s Day joke, snow is definitely on the way. Tomorrow morning there may already be some wet snow and the day after tomorrow – April 1 – there may be five centimeters or more of snow locally in Flanders. It is remarkable that we may have the coldest April 1st since 1963 on our – hopefully well insulated – roof. And if you go skiing during the Easter holidays, it is best to have the snow chains ready.
