The Team Pons rider leads the first free session of the intermediate category at Circuit de Barcelona
Augusto Fernández starts second and his teammate Pedro Acosta, winner at Mugello, eighth
The Valencian Aron Canet He headed the first free practice session of the Catalunya Grand Prix, in the Moto2 category, which took place in much hotter conditions than the two previous rounds of Moto3 and MotoGP. The Sito Pons rider was the fastest with a time of 1.44.450in front of Augusto Fernandez (Red Bull KTM Garlic) and Jake Dixon (spread GasGas).
Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Ajo), current Moto3 world champion, who has just won his first victory in the intermediate category, in Mugello, has started in eighth position although with a good pace at the Circuit.
