A car burned out on the Prins Hendrikkade in Den Helder last night. A police spokesperson said arson is suspected. “We assume arson, but a spontaneous cause cannot yet be completely ruled out.” An investigation is being conducted and camera footage is being viewed. “There is a construction site nearby, so perhaps good camera images can be obtained there,” says the spokesperson.
