A fire raged in an apartment complex on Jan Vermeerlaan in Roosendaal on Thursday evening. The fire brigade removed two residents from their apartment.
The fire started in one of the apartments. The fire brigade brought the resident of the apartment to safety. He was checked by ambulance personnel.
An upstairs neighbor was removed from the balcony using an aerial platform. His apartment was full of smoke.
