A number of residents of an apartment complex on the Fakkellaan in Eindhoven were taken from the balcony on Monday evening. A fire was founded in the staircase of the complex.
The fire caused a lot of smoke that spread throughout the building. The fire brigade decided to get a number of residents at the back of the building with a platform platform. A person eventually came out with the help of a flight mask from the fire brigade via the stairs. A number of birds have also been removed from the building through the balcony.
A resident was treated by ambulance personnel, whether this person was also taken to the hospital is unknown. According to the police on the spot lay in the stairwell things that were set on fire. Neighborhood research is being done and camera images are viewed.
The fire turned out to be quickly under control. The building mainly suffered smoke and soot damage.
