The fire brigade was called out on Wednesday to a report of a house fire on Stadthoudersdijk in Waspik. Upon arrival it turned out to be a boiler that was smoking heavily. Smoke had billowed into the squat building. No one was injured.
The fire brigade was called out around ten to half past eight to report the fire. They checked the house, but there was only smoke. The police approached the resident of the squat and asked him to remove the barrel.
