Mikkola hints that mashed potatoes can be seasoned with herbs, mustard seeds or curry paste.

Mikkola does not want to mate minced meat, even though many top chefs do not raise it to the limelight. Mikkola points out that minced meat is suitable for almost everything. It can only be flavored with salt and black pepper or strongly with chili.

– Minced meat can be varied according to your own taste preferences. All the styles and flavors fit into it, says Mikkola.

This time, Mikkola spices the minced meat moderately with paprika powder and thyme. In addition to the onion, a grated carrot is frying in the pan, which properly brings mass to minced meat.

Mash

500 g of frozen potato grits

3 dl of milk

2 dl whipped cream

30 g butter

1 teaspoon of salt

70 g of fresh spinach

1. Bring the butter in a saucepan, cream and milk to a boil.

2. Add salt, mashed potatoes and spinach. Stir in very smooth music, check the taste.

Meat filling and assembly

700 g of beef minced meat

2 big onions as chips

4 carrots as a fine grate

1 tomato in small cubes

2 teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon of paprika powder

1 teaspoon of thyme

3 dl grated cheese

1. Brown the minced meat in a pan with grated carrot and onion.

2. Add tomatoes and spices. Continue baking for a few minutes and check the taste.

3. Spread the minced meat mixture on the baking sheet over the baking paper and on top of it. Spread the other over the minced meat. Bake in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Smetana ketchup

1 dl ketchup

1 prk of sour cream (120g)

0.5 dl of salt

1. Mix the ingredients.
