There will be 28 new residential units, spread over three floors with a sloping roof. The building will not be higher than the Golden River residence across the street. Part of the underground parking is reused. Vivus will apply for a demolition permit in March and then start an architectural competition.
“This agreement gives us the opportunity to finally move forward while safeguarding other valuable sites in our municipality,” says Mayor Louis Vanderbeken.
