Filipino former President Duterte has to appear for the first time for International Criminal Court on Friday

Filipino former president Rodrigo Duterte must appear for the first time before the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague on Friday afternoon. He is then told what crimes he is suspected of, what rights he has and when there is a hearing where he can confess or deny the accusations, is stated in a decision of the Court.
