FIFA receives office in the Trump Tower-Infantino thanks US President

The World Cup in the coming year will also take place in the United States. The World Association FIFA has now moved into an office in New York.
The World Cup in the USA, Mexico and Canada starts in less than a year. The major event starts on June 11, 2026 and FIFA President Gianni Infantino now made an announcement. On Tuesday, the World Football Association announced that it is receiving an office in the Trump Tower in New York.
Infantino also thanked the US President Donald Trump and emphasized that he was “a big football fan”. The FIFA President justified the decision for New York with the global orientation of the association.
“FIFA is a global organization, and to be global, you also have to be local, you have to be everywhere, so we also have to be in New York,” said Infantino. FIFA already has a seat in Miami in the US state of Florida.
The semi-finals and the final of the club World Cup are currently taking place in East Rutherford near New York. On Wednesday evening, Bavaria clerks Paris Saint-Germain and BVB conqueror Real Madrid compete against each other.
