FIFA 22 competitor’s gameplay trailer in January

With modern recording technology, motion capturing and the Unreal Engine, UFL is to become an “unprecedented football game”. The explanatory video by the development team shows that even the simplest movements were recorded and edited for several hours to ensure smooth gameplay.

Furthermore, Romelu Lukaku was brought on board as an ambassador. The Belgian striker of Chelsea FC can already be seen animated in a short clip in which he shoots a penalty.

“Graphics and gameplay are equally important,” explains managing director Eugene Nashilov in the Twitter comments. Incidentally, the short clip should not be put on the gold scales in this regard, because it “does not reflect the final quality”.

Just like competitor FIFA 22, the free-to-play title will be playable on all major platforms. A release date is still pending.

The soccer game should not contain any microtransactions, as is the case with industry leader FIFA 22, for example.
