Fierce fire in Beauvoorde farm, holiday camp evacuated

The fire broke out around half past nine this morning, at De Boerderie in the Groenestraat in Beauvoorde near Veurne. That is a youth residence center on a farm. The fire is raging, explosions have also been heard.

There is also a holiday camp going on, all the children have been evacuated to a school a few hundred meters away.
