The Rotterdam club was able to sell financially, partly due to the sale of Santiago Gimenez, on top of the earlier outgoing transfers of almost 80 million euros in the summer this season for 114 million euros to players. An absolute record in the history of the club, but the possibilities to invest and save the season are limited.
