Ferry Doedens can not lie awake that Johan Derksen has lashed out so hard at him in the talk show Today Inside. “I just had to laugh about it,” said the fallen soap star.
It is puzzling who the target audience is, but a theater show about the life of Ferry Doedens is coming up. He was therefore recently at the talk show table of HLF8 for a meaningless promotional talk with presenter Hélène Hendriks. It is unbelievable that such a program lends itself to this, says Johan Derksen.
‘Nasty Dodens’
Johan thinks that Ferry really had nothing to do with that broadcast. “Which fool invited that guy? There is no one in the Netherlands who is interested in those annoying Doedens.”
Hélène herself admitted that she also had doubts about Ferry. “I also understand what you think about Ferry Doedens. I also had that feeling of: yes, what should I do with that? But we invite everyone who goes to the theater to promote the play, so I can follow that. Only: Ferry Doedens is, they say, really something for SBS.”
Ferry responds
What does Ferry think of being so screwed up in VI? He reacts sporty in the Weekend: “I just had to laugh about it. I just thought it was a funny moment. I always laugh at that man. And that’s it. I didn’t feel bad about it at all.”
Johan thinks Ferry gets way too much attention in the media. There is also a continuous message about whether or not he is in a new relationship. The fallen soap star does not want to say too much about that. “No. I still see the same boy, we’re just having a good time. And I want to leave it at that.”
From mosquito an elephant
Why does Ferry suddenly shut up about that? “I have not become more careful in my statements about love, but it is made bigger in the media than it really is. Before he knows it, it says everywhere: ‘Ferry is in love’. An elephant is made from a mosquito.”
He continues: “Another example: ‘Ferry wants to return to GTST’. I never said from myself that I want to go back to GTST, but I was asked if I would like it. Then I said that I really like it. That things are twisted, I will also discuss in Only Ferry. Did I mention there are still tickets for sale?”
