In the Halkbank Women’s Basketball Super League, Fenerbahçe Opet defeated Galatasaray Çağdaş Faktoring 85-70 on its home field and took a 1-0 lead in the play-off final series.
The team that will achieve 3 wins in the final series, where Fenerbahçe Opet has the home advantage, will be the team that will reach the championship in the 2025-2026 season.
The second match of the play-off final series will be played at Fenerbahçe Opet’s field. The big match will take place on April 1.
The third match will be played on April 4 at Sinan Erdem Sports Hall, hosted by Galatasaray.

MINUTES FROM THE MATCH
At the beginning of the match, both teams had difficulty scoring. Galatasaray Çağdaş Faktoring achieved a 7-point lead in the 6th minute with the points scored by Johannes and Williams: 5-12. Fenerbahçe Opet did not give up the fight and gained the upper hand with Allemand’s scoring game, and finished the first quarter ahead 18-17.
