In the statement of the yellow-dark blue team, “In recent days, we have been carefully following the incomplete, distorted and unrealistic evaluations circulated in the public regarding our Club’s ticketing system agreement. Our Club’s first agreement with Passolig was signed in 2014, and the second agreement was signed in 2019. Within the scope of the agreements made in both of the mentioned periods, our Club collected the signing fees in advance. After the current contract expires in 2024, our Club signed a new contract in this process. Negotiations were held with different ticketing providers in 2025 and as a result of the evaluations, the new agreement, which protects the interests of our Club at the highest level and reaches a significant level in terms of revenue, was signed with a record amount. The income obtained within the scope of this agreement with Passolig is the signing fee for the cooperation of our club in carrying out the ticketing processes through the relevant platform; contrary to what is claimed, this new agreement is not possible. “It has been restructured and signed in favor of our Club with all its conditions. We hereby inform our community and kindly request that the perceptions attempted to be created to the contrary be disregarded.”
