Santpoort – Ramon van Nimwegen (49) was having coffee when his heavily pregnant wife Feikje said with a laugh: “Hurry up, it will come soon.” Those turned out to be prophetic words. They did not make it to the hospital. Daughter Melissa Mae was born in the car.
